Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Service Provided “As Is”

Fleeting is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the service is at your own risk.

2. Acceptable Use

By using Fleeting, you agree not to:

  • Store or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the service to distribute spam, malware, or other malicious content.
  • Abuse, overload, or otherwise disrupt the service in a way that harms other users.

3. Accounts and Invite Codes

Cloud features of Fleeting require an account. Account registration is currently invite-only. Invite codes are issued by administrators and are personal — sharing them with others is not permitted. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the thoughts and other content you store in Fleeting. By using the service you grant us only the rights strictly necessary to store and deliver that content back to you. We do not claim any ownership over your thoughts, and we do not use your content for any purpose other than providing the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Barnaba Piotrowski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Fleeting, including but not limited to loss of data. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim (or zero if the service was free).

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Fleeting at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms of Service or if we are required to do so by law. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting privacy@brnrs.pl.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of Fleeting after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
